Your contribution helps support VABAW and Vietnamese American legal community through mentorship, scholarships, professional development, and advocacy. VABAW is a nonprofit organization, and your support directly advances our mission.

VABAW is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization. Contributions to 501(c)(6) organizations (e.g., business leagues, chambers of commerce, trade associations) are not deductible as charitable contributions on a donor’s federal income tax return. They may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses if the payment is related to the donor’s trade or business—subject to limits (e.g., amounts allocable to lobbying are not deductible, and the organization must provide a notice of any non‑deductible lobbying portion).
