The Bellevue office of Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a junior associate for the Environment, Energy & Resources group. The position will focus on reviewing federal agency rules, preparing comments on proposed rules, and counseling clients on compliance with federal, state and local energy and environmental regulatory requirements and federal, state and local approvals and permits.This position includes work related to environmental and energy rate litigation and other regulatory proceedings as well as support for the Real Estate and Land Use practice on land use and eminent domain issues that cut across the land use litigation, permitting, energy and environmental regulation, and water issues our clients face. Excellent academic credentials are required and two to four years of relevant experience is preferred.
